GLUNA Limited Warranty Policy
（1）At TRARUN, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you experience any issues related to the quality of your shoes, our team is here and happy to help.
（2）TRARUN offers a 1-year limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects on shoes purchased from trarun.com, valid from the original date of purchase. This warranty is designed to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in every TRARUN product.
（3）Please note that this warranty only applies to items purchased directly from trarun.com, as we cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of products sold by unauthorized sellers.
Warranty Support Process
Once we receive the necessary information about your issue, our Customer Experience Team will respond within 8 to 16 hours on weekdays (1 to 2 days on non-working days). Please allow 2–3 business days for us to evaluate the issue and determine next steps.
If the issue falls within the warranty coverage, we will provide instructions on how we’ll proceed, including options for replacement or resolution.
If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we’ll inform you along with a brief explanation.
The warranty does not cover the following:
（1）Normal wear and tear
（2）Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
（3）Product alterations or unauthorized modifications
（4）Water damage due to improper care
（5）Cosmetic issues such as color fading, scuffs, or scratches
（6）Outsoles worn down through regular use
（7）Fraying or tearing caused by rough or inappropriate use
